RZA, Too $hort, Kendrick Lamar on Kid Cudi’s “Indicud” Album

So it looks like Cudi recently hit up twitter a week ago to reveal that his buddy listened to the album. Not only that, but Mark Webber provided a short review of the album (also, via twitter), which you can read below:

I had the honor of being blessed with listening to @ducidni ’s new album yesterday. and I had my mind totally BLOWN!!!! It’s a masterpiece. @ducidni has first of all made all the beats to all the tracks. I have never in my life heard “beats” like this before, it’s unfair to actually call them “beats” in a way as they transcend the term. His music entirely transcends the medium. When he first came in the game He changed the game. And he has done it again. Rappers beware, or be inspired rather, because @ducidni has single handily raised the bar to a whole other realm. Hip Hop just got elevated. MUSIC just got elevated. His flow is RIDICULOUS. In one track he demolishes the entire game, with some verses that I 100% guarantee will melt your brain. Each track is a classic, the fucking intro alone will be studied.

and he doesn’t just have filler guest appearances. Each artist who appears on a track with him, is there for a very specific reason Playing intricate roles to each superb track.
@RZA kills it. @tooshortkills it. And @kendricklamar kills it. INSTANT CLASSICS.@ducidni sings, writes, raps, composes on a level I’ve never experienced. I’ve been a fan of hip hop my whole life, and all I can say is THANK YOU @ducidni. Hip hop got better, MUSIC got better.
As a Huge Cudi’s fan, that’s an obviously biased opinion, but I hope it holds true

After tag teaming his own beat with Black Hippy member ScHoolboy Q on the recently released track “Unnecessary,” Childish Gambino lets loose another self-produced cut titled, “We Ain’t Them.” After going on an admirable Twitter rant addressing his upbringing, love for creating, and various unfortunate rumors, theCommunity star released the track via Twitter, likely as an extension of the one-sided conversation with his fans. “We Ain’t Them” can be streamed below or downloaded at IAmDonald.com.

Kanye West Announces New Design Company Called DONDA

"Kanye West has announced the launch of his new design company, DONDA, set to create “products and experiences” for people. The company will encompass 22 different divisions, including architects, graphic designers, directors, producers, social media experts, publishers, lawyers, nutritionists, scientists, doctors, teachers, A&R’s, etc. Through numerous tweets, Yeezy revealed that he intends to “help simplify and aesthetically improve everything we see hear, touch, taste and feel.”

The multifaceted artist further clarified recent reports about his upcoming clothing line for women by negating that it would be named “DW” after his mother, Dr. Donda West. “The name of the line is Kanye West not DW,…the DW was a design element placed on the invite in homage to my mom.” All the proceeds from his hit albums like The Throne’s Watch the Throne have been invested in his entire endeavor within the fashion world. “You guys might think I have some type of backing for my line but I don’t,” Kanye said. “I did the first fashion show out of my own pocket and used the money I made touring to follow my passion. I’ve been working at this for 8 years now.”

In addition, he offered a personal recount on his deep dedication in fashion, asserting that his international reputation has been rather an obstacle than help.
“For the first 16 or 17 years of my life the only thing I knew about my woman’s clothing was what my Mom would wear. I guess some critics would joke that I still don’t know anything LOL. The teachers said I couldn’t focus… I used to get kicked out of class for bringing dirty mags and drawing Nikeys in 4th grade…Being a celebrity has afforded me many opportunities but has also boxed me in creatively,” Kanye revealed. “What good is fame and prestige if you can’t use it to help people… I want to help by doing what I know how to do best .. create.”

Furthermore, Kanye stated that he intends to reshape the American school system, which he says was “designed to turn people into factory workers.” That includes starting a summer school with director Spike Jonze. “There are so many broken systems from the economy to school systems jail systems… we need experts for this.”

Below is a little comic relief from Jimmy Kimmel about Kanye's new concept "DONDA"
