Our homie Steve Mac recently Created his very first DVD or his hilarious Headlining stand up at the historic Wiley's Comedy Club in Dayton Ohio. Wiley's is where many great comedians like Dave Chapelle, Steve Attell, Jerry Seinfeld just to name a few made their start. . Here is the DVD cover of that Epic night. Steve decided to do a parody of the Gangsta rap Pioneers NWA's "straight outta compton" album. Calling his "Straight out the Suburbs" which not only fits Steve its so catchy. Look out for the trailer that should be posting this week.  This will definitely make a splash in the Comedy world! Steve Mac is on his way!

Education: Cal-State Fullerton - 2 years into a bachelors in Business. Currently taking a break to pursue his music career, but we will be to finish. He promises.




The first thing you will notice when you meet Jacob is that he has a big head. It's rather obvious. I am not talking about how cocky he is, I am literally talking about the actual size of his head. It's like a size 8. His friends and family always knew he has something special going on up there.


Jacob, A.K.A. AlphaTvylore is actual a very humble man once you get to know him. Born and raised on the East Side of Columbus, OH, his family always had his best interests at heart raising him to be the motivated, educated man he is today. From day one, he was the odd man out. Going to a predominantly white high-school and being the "token" Black Guy having to listen to bad jokes all through high school. See white folks can't only not dance, they can't tell good jokes while trying to impress their one black friends. Its shameful really.



All of that led him to find a way to get away, to ignore the things around him and it led him to his true love: MUSIC. Jacob's love for music started real young, the first time he heard the miseducation of Lauryn Hill and Ready to Die albums. He knew at the very least music would be a big part of his life from here on out.


His other love, sports - particularly football, also played a major role in growing up. It was football and music, music and football. If he wasn't doing one, he was doing the other.


A naturally gifted athlete, Jacob earned a football scholarship to play football at Texas A&M. Most people being raised on the east side would have loved a full ride to a major university playing football, but AlphaTvylore's heart just wasn't in the game as much as it was into music. Rapping, Producing, Making beats, you name it, he wanted to do it all.


That's the thing about Jacob, he is a very driven individual who did what all of us dream of, and will hopefully will do one day. He followed his heart. He gave up an easy life, living the college dream, playing D1 football, snow bunnies, free tuition, playing alongside Johnny Football (although unknown at the time) to pursue his true passion in life: MAKING MUSIC.


That is where he is at now. Living in not too shabby Los Angeles focusing strictly on making music, producing music, and changing music. Staying up all night in studio, not even knowing when the sun rises and falls, giving his everything into the music he is making. He truly fits the motto "when you wanna succeed as bad as you wanna breath, that's when you will become successful"


Just 20 years old, Jacob turned down a deal with Interscope a few weeks back to remain unsigned in hopes of doing it on his own and making his own path, not following in the footsteps of others. Do yourself a favor and listen to this young man's tracks, I promise you will hear from him again and again, and you will want to say 'I know of AlphaTvylore before he was famous'

Kid Cudi Leaves G.O.O.D. Music

Yesterday, Kid Cudi headed up to Los Angeles radio station Power 106 to make a big announcement, that he was no longer a G.O.O.D. Music artist.

“Man, everything is cool. Everything is peace with everyone on the label, but I’m announcing that I’m no longer on GOOD Music. And this is something that no one knows really. I’m no longer on GOOD Music. Me and Kanye were actually talking on the phone the other day, and there’s been things I wanted to talk to him about. About me wanting to start my own direction, and he got because he’s trying to start his own new path, and trying new things as an artist. And he was just like ‘Man, I feel you. It’s cool.’ This is just from a business standpoint. There’s no beef with anyone on the label. It’s all love.”

Lil Wayne – I Am Not A Human Being II (Album Review)

Compared to its 2010 predecessor, I Am Not A Human Being II finds itself in a different place in time relative to the current life of Lil Wayne. While the recording of the first installment was rushed due to an impending jail sentence, the sequel arrives just days after Weezy’s six-day hospital stint following a series of seizures. Originally intended to be Wayne’s lyrical response to his private ups and downs, critics and whatnot, its timing provides the album with higher symbolic value. Being a polarizing figure ever since he stepped into the rap scene, Wayne’s career has come to a point where it demands clarity so to speak. Having spent over two years in production, I Am Not A Human Being II rises to the occasion – and a little more. It is a statement of dominance in an industry that all too often is forced to obey short-lived trends. Hence, Tunechi employs a simple yet effective (and popular among rappers) formula that he helped craft throughout his career. A majority of its lyrical content is exclusively of sexual nature, hinting at his overall invincibility in the music game. And he is right to some extent as he has been penetrating the music industry with commercially driven content as well as explicit wordplay that garnered him a two-sided notoriety within
the hip-hop landscape.

Tuning right into the opening track, “IANAHB,” we find the YMCMB general delivering inspirational rhymes over piano keys, sans bass or drum patterns, kicking off with a line that lays down the total theme of the album: “I’m in the crib butt naked, bitch / She said my dick could be the next Black President.” The chain of braggadocio rhymes from the Young Money honcho is consistent throughout the entire album. He even remains loyal to this pattern at his most vulnerable point on the album, “Back To You.” The New Orleans-native philosophizes on the relationship with the only girl he actually cares about over a sample of Jamie Lidell’s “Compass” while informing the listener that she utilizes his “dick as a chair” and also that his “dick won’t suck itself.”

The list of guests is strategically mapped out as well. With illustrious rhyming individuals such as 2 Chainz, Gudda, Soulja Boy, among others, Weezy ensures that he invited the right kind of lyrical kind to his ego-boosting party. Perhaps saving the best for last, was the closer track to I Am Not a Human Being II featuring Big Sean titled “My Homies Still” which exerted the type of high energy and ricocheting production that Wayne has established as his trademark when he’s at his best.
Once self-appointed as the best rapper alive, a title strongly co-signed by Kanye West, many followed suit for reason. Granted, being a musician in today’s instant society, where ones demands are to have things just as good if not better, still quicker and yet efficient, it’s always an upward battle. So if you take a step back, you’ll find that the overall climate of the album is a valiant effort from a man who’s gone through some momentous career crossroads while enduring the valleys of litigation and even more serious as of late, his livelihood. With that in mind, it would be perplexing to have opinions of digression towards I Am Not a Human Being II. Albeit with Wayne’s tendency to flood the masses with material throughout the years, his impeccable track record of hard work, relevancy and determination should lead us to rest easy, as any gaps in this album, Tha Carter V should certainly fill.
