Rumor has it that this is supposedly the album Cover for Lil Wayne's new Album "Tha Carter IV". Seems legit as he is going with the same concept as "Tha Carter III" and using his baby pics. Or he just wants to show everyone that he graduated...lol either way the album drops June 14th!
