In promotion of the new Chevy Sonic, the U.S. car manufacturer commissioned the services of Zoo York skateboarders Rodney Torres and Eli Reed as well as artist Alice Mizrachi to utilize the automobile as a blank canvas and create an original design on the car. With suggestions from the pro-riders and the artistic talents of Mizrachi, much of the project’s inspiration came from the trio’s day-to-day dealings within New York.
